15. Cacheta League Authority:
Cacheta League holds exclusive authority with respect to the registration, maintenance, blocking and deletion of the User's accounts. The Janitor Team's decisions to enforce any penalty, whether in the form of warnings, suspensions, or by blocking access to certain rooms and or exclusion of any User are always final and not subject to appeals or revisions.
16. Usage Prohibitions:
Commercial use of any software without the express permission of Cacheta League is strictly prohibited.
No one (third parties) is authorized or accredited by Cacheta League to claim any sum from the registration and participation in virtual games.
The User understands that the access and use of any websites and software programs are exclusively for personal entertainment.
The User agrees that Cacheta League can block website access and software programs when necessary, cancel the user's login name, password and scores in game rankings, including virtual credits accumulated during games.
19. User Account, Password and Security:
During the account registration process in any of our websites, the user will have to choose a password and a form of identification (nickname or login name), being fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and their identification.
20. Termination of Services:
The User agrees that Cacheta League may, when and if necessary, block the access to websites and software programs, cancel the User's login name, password, and delete any scores in game rankings, including the deletion of virtual credits accumulated during the course of games.

Cacheta League Services may include hyperlinks to websites operated by third parties, including advertisers and other content providers. Cacheta League does not control such websites and is not responsible for their privacy practices or policies.
22. Indemnification:
The User agrees that, upon Cacheta League's request, they shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless Cacheta League, its employees, contractors, staff, directors, suppliers and content providers, from and against any and all liabilities, claims for indemnity and expenses, including attorneys' fees, if the User breaches these Terms of Service, for which the User is FULLY responsible.
24. Entire Agreement:
These Terms of Service (including Cacheta League Privacy Policy and other Supplemental Terms incorporated by reference herein) and any posted rules or instructions regarding a particular game and activity, constitute the entire agreement between the User and Cacheta League pertaining to the rights and obligations of the User when using the Services provided by Cacheta League.
25. Service Updates:
Cacheta League may occasionally consider necessary to update or eliminate certain mode parameters to restore balance to a game and to Cacheta League services. These updates or eliminations can be temporarily harmful to the regularity and flow of games and can affect the connection between users and games, groups or other rights to services controlled by users. Cacheta League reserves the right to make these updates and cannot be held liable by users for these changes.
26. Limitation of Liability:
Under no circumstances, including negligence, will Cacheta League be liable for special, incidental, direct or indirect damages, including, but not limited to moral and material damages, that may result from the use, misuse or accesses to software or websites, even if these damages are foreseeable.
